If you use the QR code are you still printing the packing slip/return form for the return?  Sometimes included with the package received but not always.

I don't have a printer, so when I return using the QR code and there was no packing slip I just write the order number, price and my info on a piece of paper.  If I had a printer, yes, I would print it.

No problems so far.

I just take a photo of the QR code save it to my photos.  Once it's received I delete the photo.  Also if you use the QR code you have to take it to either the PO ot UPS who prints the label  and you get a receipt

This is what the QVC website says:

What is a USPS or UPS QR code?

No printer? No problem! Instead of printing your label at home, you now have the choice to use a QR code to print your Q Return label through either USPS or your local UPS store. Simply repack the item you’re returning in its original packaging, including the pack slip (if available) or a note with your order number, and cover/remove all original shipping labels on the box or package it arrived in. Then, bring the package return to a return shipping location, where they’ll scan your QR code and print the label for you.

I included the packing slip.

I had to follow up using Live Chat for the refund since it was received back, but I saw no movement regarding the refund.

You don't need to because you I intimated the QR code online in Order Status by the Order Number so they have all the info when they scan it in with the QR code.
Go to qvc.com, sign in, go to Order Status, choose Start a Return., answer the questions which tell them why you are returning and how you want your refund, choose get QR code, they send it to your email. Sounds like a lot of steps. It after you do it once you will see how easy it is.

I won't use their code!

I prefer the 'old' way with return slip included:  I can just slap it back on package and have the mailman just come and pick it up.  (He comes up a lot delivering Amazon packages anyways.)

If including a return slip is too much for QVC, then shopping with QVC will be too much for me.

It's supposed to be about quality, value and convenience!  Running to the PO or UPS definitely is not convenience.

Thanks everyone - I might try that sometime.
