Returning a Defective Item

But I want another color.  Was there an easy way to get the new item shipped before my size diappears?  I thought I read something about that.

Hi @rms1954 .  What I would do is return the defective item as defective.  Perhaps even email the social team.  I would order the item I wanted right away.  One order wouldn't have anything to do with the other unless it was special pricing.  If so, contact the social team. HTH

The mods told me to do that last week....I received a prompt email reply and my request was reordered before I had to send it back.

Then I sent the wrong size back.
