I ordered the Keurig around Thanksgiving, got it by Monday - surprising! Went online to check when the first easy pay would happen and to my surprise it said I had returned the Keurig and a refund was being issued. I called and told them it had not been returned - still sitting on my counter. They tried to say I must have used that paperwork to return something else and I assured them that was not the case. I also told the gal that the initial payment had not yet be taken from my account so I didn't see how they could issue a refund. A few days later - here was a refund of the initial payment. I kept checking both my QVC account and my bank account every day and they were still showing that I had returned the item. Now today I check my bank account and lo and behold they have deducted the payment again (with not even an email to warn me). However, my QVC account still shows that I returned the item.

First of all, I think they should warn people if they're making another withdrawal from their account and second, they should keep their website updated. It certainly shouldn't show the item returned when they've just charged me again for the item.

This may be the last straw. They screwed up, they were rude when I tried to tell them, and then they re-charge my account without warning. I realize this is a busy season but they should have better practices in place. As someone else said, they can certainly email us when they want to get us to watch something but not when they're charging out account! I'm not going to watch anymore so I won't be tempted.
