I purchased 2 items that I have to return. They came in one large box. I went online and was only able to get 2 address labels, one for each item. Can I use one address label for the box and include the 2 items?

@Janey2.  Officially, QVC doesn't not recommend sending two or more returns in one box

That being said, I have done it successfully numerous times.  They may, however, still charge two shipping fees.  For me, it's just more convenient.

@Janey2

They have to be items going to the same return center.

Make sure you mark both items clearly if they have separate order numbers if you return both in one box.

Thanks @Kachina624 @geezerette   Seems to me if QVC wants you send back items individually they should not send them together in one large box. I sent back one item in the large box, and had to figure out how to send the other one. I do not want to deal with customer service making sure I get my refund.

   Returned 2 items  in the same box  as they were shipped  that way to me CS only reimbursed me for one of the two items . I had to contact CS to  issue a refund on the 2nd item.

If I have to return or exchange , I pack items separate with separate  tracking numbers .

I also received multiple orders in a single box.  Unfortunately, I had to return multiple items in the box  I used the return label and itemized packing list that QVC provided with the box,  When QVS processed the return, I only recived credit for one item in the return box,  I had to contact the QVC social tem to get the correct refund.

After reading these posts, seems like the safest way is to send them separately, unless you want to have to follow up calling customer service.

I would not want to have to deal with CS.  I would send them separately!

@Janey2  When you went online and started your return, did both items come up when you checked what items you were returning on the same slip?  If so, I would send both back in the same box, as long as they are going to same address. If not, then I would send them separately to be safe.

I have sent two items back in the same box that were on the same return slip. Also email QVCeasyreturns@qvc.com and let them know what items you are returning with the tracking number.  I send a cc: to QVCsocialteam@qvc.com. I think.this will help with your return.
