I rec'd an order and decided to return it.  It was a confusing process.   The return label/order summary was beneath the mailing label.  Top layer had to be peeled off.  It is usually included INSIDE the package.

Being unsure, I called cust. service... not really sure after that, either, so decided to print a return label online.  So the package has 2 labels on it.  Am hoping for the best.

I have received return labels underneath the mailing label also. I don’t know why they do that.
Good Luck with/ your return.

I often print return .

labels even if it comes with a label. I only use the label I printed and it gets there. I get my refund. Only one label needed.

for sure it just needs one lable but there was no way the one stuck on the package could be removed... I read here (in comment) that the label does arrive this way now but i never experienced it, so that's why I printed another lable.

in any event, Q has just sent me an email indicating that the P.O. has my return, so it must have been scanned there... modern technology at its best!

I hate that label under plasstic thing!  It always tears part of the label.  Grrrr.  I always print the label online now.  Then I don't have to deal with that aggravation.

I think those "under the label" labels are often vendor shipped items probably done to facilitate shipping for them.   They're never on clothing items, always on boxed things.
