Return tracking and Return processing...terrible

I sent in a return on a kathy bag over a week ago and I can't track my return. I used the prepaid label and it is taking forever. I know next time if I need to return something I will pay for the return shipping myself. This is awful. HSN returns are so much easier and faster.
