The online chat isn't working for me. I ordered Valerie’s Set of 6 Glitterburst Picks in two colors. I wanted to do a tree topper like she did. They sent the wrong item instead of one of the sets of picks. Of course they are sold out. The second set is useless to me without both colors.
Will I have to pay return shipping on the second set? I would not be returning them if they hadn't messed up my order and I don't want them.

I was WRONG---- Disregard my answer completely! YUP. If you aren't exhanging then you are returning=pay for shipping back. Did you use the chat on the webiste or the app? Try both. It should work or you can always call customer service to plead your case. Good luck!

@MG Chris. Email the social team with your order numbers and ask them to include an explanation on your account so you won't be charged return shipping on both.

If she received the wrong item...she will NOT have to pay/lose any shipping charges.
It was QVC error. @SaveTheTurtles
Contact the mods as suggested. They will mark the account you should get a full refund. Use the label and send them back.
IF when your refund is applied it is not in full....contact the mods again for a correction.
The returns dept. is notorious for errors.

I did an online chat. I can return both with no shipping fees. The CS person agreed, and I bought two items with the idea of them working together. Because of their mistake, I should not have to pay to return the second item. She noted my account.

@RespectLife @MG Chris My apologies, I should not stick my nose in where it doesn't belong. I guess lesson learned here to to contact QVC first with the question since they would know best! ![]()

Just be sure to check afterwards to be sure they credited you in full!!
Sorry that happened to you.....I'm not the least bit 'crafy' but I can imagine what you were going to create would have been lovely if you got the right items.
