If you use the return shipping label, you of course have to pay the $6.95 and yes, they do not refund the original shipping cost. Shoes are an expensive item to return.

 

However, if I have clothing returns, I hang on to them for a bit, and then return them all in one box and I pay the shipping on my own. MUCH cheaper than using their labels. If you use their label on the multiple returns box, they have been known to charge $6.95 for each item. Just an FYI.....
