I had to contact the social team for the same thing.  I returned an item and paid for the return myself.  I was notified that my refund had been issued, but that $6.95 was deducted.  I sent an email to the social team and they corrected it the same day.  They are exceptional in solving issues like this.  If returning without using their return label, always follow up to make sure you aren't charged incorrectly.  As an aside, I returned the item on 6/6 via USPS First Class mail and it only took a week to get my refund.  Bravo QVC.

@Bookplate  Thanks for the clarification. I've had that to happen to me in the past when I've returned something on my own. The returns dept charged the $6.95 return fee anyway. I would either contact the QVC social team or get on the chat line to have the return fee refunded to me. I'm glad they aren't charging an extra "processing fee". I imagine something like that would really hurt business. Thanks again.
