I get the Q would not like returns, but we are told we can. I know this has been addressed before but I am really upset with this. How much can it cost them to include a return label when we are paying high return shipping costs and printer ink to get a label. They will mail you one but it takes time and sometimes too long. Just don't get it. It seems that they hope you will keep the item rather than go through the trouble to return.

I agree with you. Labels should be provided!!

Can you imagine the millions of labels Q would have to print every week? Then multiply it by 52. That's a lot of money for paper, production, printers, ink, packaging, employee costs, employee benefits, time, etc etc. It would easily cost them hundreds of millions or more.

The U.S. corporate way is to look at the bottom line for themselves, not cost or convenience for customers. It's not going to get better for customers given policies of those who won elections all over the country.

@brcala  - If you don't have a printer, you can call Customer Service and they will mail one to you.

For some reason, I always get a return label without fail.  I don't know why I get them when I read about others not getting them.

The return labels go in the trash.  On the rare occasion that I do return, I print a label on my printer.

I prefer not to receive a label.  Other retailers don't provide labels such as Target, Walmart, Amazon....the list goes on.

I don't think the Q should provide labels.

I have mixed feeling about this topic.  I, personally, have no problem printing a return label if one was not included.  I have a computer and a printer so its not a big deal for me However, I think of my elderly mother who would have no idea how to print a label or even go online for that matter.  She would have to call and have one sent and even that would be a hassle for her at 90. So, I can see where some are upset about the issue

I don't post much, but had to share whe happened to me. I had a return, bu no label was with it. I have no printeer, so CS was to send me a label. I got the letter, but no label, only instructions on how to pack the return. I called  CS again, said they would send another label. Same thing, no label, only packing instructions. CS ended up sending UPS to pick it up at their cost. After three weekd, finally  got the return sent back.

Many other online / catalog retailers are  not sending return labels . You have to go online and then print out yourself.  That being said, yes it is more convenient when you have an exchange or return  to have the label accessible.

Wish they had an option  when you order as to if you need a return label printed as an option as they have with VP.

This would help those who don't have a printer .

Must say you have to watch the return labels if they sent multiple items in one box . I sent a  shirt back as return last yr  which had come in a box with other  items and used the label that said $8.95 . I just assumed they would only charge the customary $6.95  since I returned only one item but that's not what happened .

@San Antonio Gal  People in the Western US who get most of their merchandise from the Ontario, CA, warehouse, rarely get return labels.  If I do, they're illegible and I can't read them.  Their printer doesn't work or work properly.

@brcala  You know what's strange? I did receive a return label with my last Valerie ornament purchase. However, it was for $8.95. When I started a QVC return online, the price was $6.95. So, why the difference? The items were defective, so I shouldn't have to pay the return fee, but I don't understand the difference.

Not for everyone, I realize - but my last few returns generated a QR code that was emailed to me - I just took my box to the post office (all taped up and ready to go) - they scanned that QR code, printed a label, affixed it on the box and gave me a receipt.  I really like getting a receipt.

They scan the label and you pay what the label says. Be careful!
