I have been a QVC customer for years, and recently was the very first time I had to return an item. I purchased a cell phone (Xperia U) from QVC and when I received it, the sim slot was apparently damaged. Rendering the phone useless. So I print the return label from the site, sent it back on the 27th of November. Just yesterday did they receive it (snail mail is very slow, especially during the holidays. I understand that). I wrote on the slip inside the package that I wanted an exchange. What are the chances they will exchange the phone for me without pointing the finger at me for 'damaging' it when it was damaged upon receiving it? and how long do exchanges usually take? I'm phoneless until I receive the exchange :/
