Return Shipping - My Discovery

I recently discovered a better way to track my returns. I usually use the return label provided by the Q. However, I could not find the packing slip with the return label. So, I had to go to my order and print out a new return label. I returned two items on the same day: one with the Q provided label and the one that I printed. Two days later I went online to check on my returns. The one with the Q label showed no activity. The one with my home printed label showed that it had been logged in and it showed that I had printed it. It also showed the tracking number for the Q label with no activity and my label with activity. I like to keep track of my returns and I found this to be a big help.

 

I know that his is a little thing but I'm a little OCD about returns. Makes me happy.

I think your print out label shows up quicker because it is in the system that you intend to return, and so they are looking for it.

 

Anyway, it is a good observation on your part!
