Hi-sorry if this problem has been addressed before.
When receiving my packages lately, it states "Peel for Invoice" When I peel (very carefully mind you) there is no invoice received which means if I need to return something there is no return information or return label. Has anyone else had this problem and what have you done if you need to return. I did a live chat and the person was not that helpful. Thanks.

It's super easy to find the address to return items. Just go to Customer Service and Where Do I Return An Item? Simply write the address on your package and be sure to include your order info. It always works for me.

No, so far, I've received my invoices. I didn't get a return label in my last couple of packages, if that's what you mean. I think QVC is phasing those out. If you mean that you didn't receive an invoice, I would either print out the order info or write out the order info on a piece of paper and put that in with your return. It wouldn't hurt to write your order number on the outside box. Example: Attn: Returns Dept: Order # 987654321.

You are also supposed to be able to go into My Account, find the order you wish to return, click Make a Return (or something similar) and print out a return slip and mailing label.
However, lately there have been problems with that option. I don't know if it has been fixed yet.
If you don't have a printer, or you don't wish to use your own label, contact the Moderators or customer service and they will send you a return label via snail mail. Moderators can be emailed at QVCSocialTeam@qvc.com

Actually, at this time they cannot mail you a return label or return form as there is yet another IT glitch that they are working on. I had that issue today and requested a return form and was told that they do not have the capability, don't know when the problem will be fixed and try in another 24 hours. That really just keeps those IT problems piling up. I tried to print the label and it just sat there and didn't respond. I was told that I could type out the information and inclkude that with no label or form and just use my own shipping label.
