Return Label With Customer's Address?

I had the 6qt pressure cooker on wait list (OK, I should know better) and I got a defective one someone else returned.

I've asked this before but never receive an answer: Why does Qz sometimes send the return label with the customer's address in the "TO" block. I have accidentally used this odd label 2 times, as my eyesight is poor. Fortunately I caught it today before sending back the defective pressure cooker.

If any reader knows why they do this, would you please enlighten me? It's so annoying! - Bird
