I ordered a twin pack of fragrance from HSN. It came UPS surepost. When I received it, I discovered that one of the bottles had leaked all over it's box and when I took the fragrance out of the box is was less than half full.
I called HSN customer service and the wonderful rep told me to put the return label (no charge to me) on the box and drop it at the PO. Once it was scanned by UPS a replacement was already on it's way to me.
Now that's what I call good service.
