I have never had an issue returning an item from the website and printing out the return slips. Latley, I have, and have been told the site is having technical issues and they don't have a date for resoultion. Anyone else having this issue, and if so, how did you return your item?

@KittySoftPaws.  There are plenty of posts about return issues.  I think we're being weaned from the old system.  Go to CS on the website and read the directions for using the QR code for returns.  It's fast, easy, and you get your refund faster.

I just printed one this morning without any issues.  Send an email to their support and they will help you.

They've been working fine for me for a few dsays now.

And like I've said many times if you can't process the return online you can't use the QR code.

When I couldn't prcess them online I used USPS Click 'n Ship and paid for my own return lable; used the packing slip in the package.  If no packing slip print out your order page or write it or type it on a separate pierce of paper giving all your info. I also noted that they should not charge me again for shipping as I paid for it myself.

@Kachina624  I have not tried this before, good idea. I'm going to give it a go. Thanks!

I printed a return label yesterday and had 0 problems.  Microsoft Edge on a desk top.

I didn't have any luck with QR code route so I doscovered an easier way for me. On your order summary page that shows item you want to return, there is a small icon of a printer at the top. Since I didn't have the packing slip it came with, this was good as it prints out the summary of the order.

Then, I used the click n' ship feature with my USPS on line account, to pay and print the retun label saving me a trip to the PO and waiting in line. This of course works well if you have a Printer and I realize not everyone does. Either way, thanks for all the suggestions and help though, I learned some things.

Re: Return Issues

[ Edited ]

FWIW, I also generated and printed a return label yesterday without any problems. It was only as I was clicking the print button that I remembered people had been reporting issues with the process. Over the past two weeks, I have been able to print three labels on three different days without problems. If anyone is still encountering issues, maybe try again at another time; this website is notorious for having random problems that only occur at certain times of day and are later resolved. And use a Chrome browser if you can, since QVC has mentioned in the past that it designs the site for compatibility with that browser.

Good luck!

@loriqvc  I didn't realize that about the browser, I just switched mine to a more secure one, and since, I am having trouble tracking my orders. I guess this may be why. Good info. Thanks

I'm not shocked at website issues. I wish it would let me cancel an auto delivery but it just keeps telling me I have to call customer service. Frustrating for sure.
