I have said this many, many times to lots of threads about the same thing.  Woren clothing.

 

If you think that some of the clothes you bought in stores was not wore, returned then put back on the rack as new you would be dead wrong!

 

I only worked in a clothing store during Christmas time and I saw this happen several times.  So its no different here at QVC.

 

Damaged products are a whole different ball game.
