I just tried to pay a past due payment for something on easy pay, and now all the future dates have turned to 1/3/2014 and have Request to Roll on them. Did I just pay the order in full? Because I hope I didn't as I have other bills to pay, and it was not clear that I was paying everything at once. :/
And yes I did send them an EMail about it, and tried to google, but google wasn't helpful.

Don't understand how there would be a past due payment on an easy pay unless your card was maxed out in which case it may have changed the easy pay agreement. I would call Customer Service and talk to a rep in person or even a supervisor.
