For years I would mail QVC Easy Returns with my return info, get an email back and be told that my refund had been processed.  Lately though I stopped doing this because as soon as QVC gets notified by the shipper that your return was processed they were issuing the refund.  Have thay stopped doing this?

@FranandZoe It's what I've been doing for years as well.  I still do it since I like to get the email back with the refund information.

I need to make a few returns within the next week or so and plan on continuing contacting QVC easy returns.

@bargainsgirl    That certainly has not been my experience,  I buy very little from HSN  but recently I,purchased an item that was less than acceptable.   I spoke with CS more than two weeks ago and she said she would mail me a label abd I would receive it in 10 days.  She never offered to send me a QR code.  Two weeks passed abd I called Customer Servuce again. When the rep checked he said  I was emailed a label directly from UPS.    I told them I must have missed that email since I was looking for something in the mail.  I get many UPS notices especially during this season re expected deliveries , and was not expecting them to mail it to me.

He then emailed me a QR code. Now it will be probably another week or so for a refund.   I have had to call HSN before and ask for a refund a week or 10 days after it was returned to them.   The only thing they are good at is sending out a replacement but it is not free.  They charge you for the replacement abd refund you for the original item only after it is returned.

thevreason I requested a label in the first place was because there was none included.  It apparently came directly from the vendor.

When I have an Amazon refund we take the package to UPS (about 2 miles away), UPS scans it and by the time we get home our refund has been issued.

In Walmart one day in the line,a woman could not use her credit card kept telling her "denied". She kept saying she had returned something and she should be able to purchase using her card. How frustrating!

With any returns I have made, I will give them a couple weeks and then I get in touch with CS, usually thru Live Chat, and I have always gotten a refund during that chat.  Now I am sure, the returns until the end of Jan will be super busy so that may take more time. But you can check online thru UPS/USPS and find out the whole transit process including when it was received at the various QVC warehouses. I have never heard of any refund taking a monthto be given---something is not right!! If you have all your docs they should be able to figure it out. One thing--keep bugging them every few days!!!

I have only had immediate refunds twice after it was scanned with the post office. I was so happy and thought that QVc was doing refunds like Amazon.  It hasn't happened again.  I do email qvcreturns give them the info and then take it to the post office.  Within a few days I would get a refund, but even that hasn't happened in a very long time.

@elated, I hardly ever post here because there are way too many rude posters who are just plain miserable and have to take their anger and snarkiness on to other people. I’m not sure what gives them the right to talk disrespectfully to people they don’t even know - and all because someone asks a simple question. All I can say is their issues has no place here and QVC who is monitoring them should put a stop to it. There is no need for  bullies. I’ve seen too many posts where they rip into people for no reason and act all so superior like they are still in the playground instead of grown adults.

And yes, the folks here who were responding back of how wrong I was about the return policy either do not shop with QVC or are just plain ignorant because the easy return policy has been in place for years. Instead of them listening to someone of what they say and maybe learning something new, they refused to accept that this Easy Return/Easy Refund policy is already in place by QVC for years.

In regards to why CS would not process my refund immediately, I had bought a pair of Sketchers sneakers and something imbedded in the toe area kept scratching my skin and bleeding my toe so I had to return them. I had contacted Live Agent before I returned them to ask if I could send them without the original box that I had thrown away and explained to her why I was returning them. Apparently she wrote a note on the order and sent an alert to her Health & Safety team because I understand now after speaking to this team that when one of their products harms a customer, they have to contact said customer and check in on them. This is why I was not getting an immediate refund – even when they had already received the sneakers back. Apparently I had to wait for this Health & Safety team to talk to me first and I also learned that I was not supposed to send the sneakers back until I spoke to the team. No one bothered to tell me this on all the telephone, emails and Live Chats I had for the past week and a half.

So yeah, anytime someone gets hurt (seriously or not) from one of their products, QVC’s Health & Safety team has to contact you first to tell you whether or not to discard the product or return it and issue you the refund immediately. That said, I was not aware of this policy as I have been shopping with QVC for more than 20 years and I have had shoes that hurt my feet before and never had to go this route. So that is the explanation of why I was not refunded immediately.

I’m sure I will get more snarky remarks from folks that this isn’t true and all that, but this was my experience and I am happy to say that they finally refunded me and that they have not done away with the Easy Return/Refund policy that I was concerned they got rid of.

@Pecky, same. For several months in late Summer/early Fall, anytime I would return something to any carrier, I would immediately get a refund from QVC without even contacting them or having them receive it.  However, I noticed now that is no longer the case. I've returned a few items in the past few months and haven't seen an automatic refund once carrier scanned package. I have to still call Live Chat or email Social team.

Yeserday afternoon I returned a Q package at the post office and my account was credited this morning.  I rarely return items, but this was certainly a fast account credit.
