Thanks everyone. It's been two weeks today and my Order Status still does not show a return. I used the pre-paid label and my original payment method was a credit card. I'm not so much concerned with when I'll see the credit to my account; I'm more concerned with whether QVC received it or not. Guess I'll give it a few more days and then I'll call C.S.

I did an exchange recently for an item that was received partially broken. I returned it via USPS. Received the replacement probably within 10 days to 2 weeks.

If you call and say you will do a dispute on your credit card (if you charged) you will get a credit asap.

It takes approx. 2 weeks but you really should insure no matter what anyone tells you.

I returned an item on 12-6, I called today to se if they had received it yet. Customer svc. at first said no they had not but then he said oh wait, I see we received it two days ago. I will give you a refund today.

This is the second return that was miraculously found after I called. Is QVC playing with our money holding off as long as they can get away with to refund.

I sent something back on the 15th and something else on the 18th and it is still not showing as being received....yet I sent something back to ShopHQ....which is much further away....and they received it and credited my account within a week....
