Refunds for incorrect item sent.

I have had an incorrect item sent a few times recently.  When I mark on the return slip that incorrect item sent and last time even wrote in big letters on the return slip that this was not the correct item, I'm still not refunded either the first shipping or the return shipping which was around $11.00 recently.  Why can't they get this correct?  It's so frustrating.  Has anyone actually had the refund done correctly the first time without having to call?  Come on QVC.  It's not rocket science.

@casterp    All you need to do is send an email to the mods at

QVCSocialTeam@QVC.com 

and include your order number.  They'll see you get the correct refund.

yes, this has happened to me or on defective items . The return ceneter has " one mind " Charge retn shipping on every thing  , even when you mark it for exchange and they do not fulfil the exchange .  I have never had any other company set up this way that you have to contact their Customer  service abt everything .

@casterp  Ditto @Kachina624 You could also use the "Chat Live" at the bottom of this page. Make sure you have your order number, etc.

 

ETA: Your experience also happens to me more often than not.

@casterp  I've never had this happen but if I had I would have been aggravated. I'm not one to count the days until my account is credited which can sometimes be lengthy but have always received all my money back. Fortunately I've not had to return very much. Good luck.

I sent two items back last Friday from Seattle and was very surprised to get a refund yesterday. That was very, very quick and I had forgotten to contact CS first...just sent via USPS. Was expecting a longer delay.

 

I have never had an issue of sending back wrong item and not being refunded entire amount. I hate having to make additional calls...but I am also frugal and want all monies due back.

@casterp In all my 1,000+ orders through the years, it has happened to me once with QVC and once with HSN. Both times I called and problem was easily resolved. Well, once the item I did order was available so I received it but the other was sold out so I did not get what I had ordered.  I received my money immediately and no hassle. Like Kachina said, get in touch with the mods or just call CS. It took about 1 minute to resolve.
