I have received totally wrong size or item at least 4 times in the last two months from QVC. Then I have to contact customer service due to the shipping (both ways) NOT being credited when it was wrong item. It’s very sad as I now feel it’s fruitless to order anything!

Last summer I kept reordering some Kim gravel cabana knit crops - kept receiving the wrong size.  I finally gave up and got them on eBay.

@kaydee50   True enough but not if you want certain brands only sold at QVC.  eBay is a good option though.

I sent back a 4X top for an exchange for a Large and received the same incorrect size 4X. Either stocked  wrong or just sent back as is.

In the past year I have received 3 incorrect items.  Beyond frustrating.  The last time I demanded some type of credit for my inconvenience of having to drop off the incorrect items to return at the UPS store or post office.  They finally gave me a "one-time" $5 credit.  My time and gas mileage are worth more than 5 bucks QVC!!!

No I’m not continuing to order at QVC…that was my point. It’s just a sad feeling as I had found it often a fun place to shop over the many years, but it’s gotten just too frustrating. Weird feeling to check “what’s new or on QVC”, but then think no, probably not going to get what I’m looking at and like, so I don’t order. I have definitely begun to phase out of even checking. I posted just wondering if anyone else has experienced this many incorrect shipments. Thanks for the critique though.
