It happened to me yesterday.
I opened a package from QVC and immediately thought something was different. It took a minute for me to figure it out. The garment was rolled up inside the QVC bag, there was no other plastic bag which is usually how clothing is shipped. Secondly, there were no tags attached to the item, just the fabric neckline tag. Normally, there are card type tags attached by those plastic filament threads.
I've shopped with QVC for at least 15 years, probably longer and I believe this is the first time I've received a returned item. Apparently, many people have also received used/returned items.
My question, is why is this happening now? There is a QVC outlet in my town and I was told they get their stock from over-stocked items as well as returns. So, there is a place for returns to go, they are not losses for the company.
Let's keep this going, anyone who gets a return, post it here. Let's see how many we get before this is poofed.
