I believed QVC's before Christmas guarantee years ago.
The gift came on December 26. Learned my lesson, never again. Got the standard we apologize for the late delivery. They did not offer any compensation.

@Group 5 minus 1 The thingy is that you take a chance and if you don't get it, sorry. We all knew this was going to be a bad year and orders should have been placed early. QVC hands are tied once it is in the PO hands.

If it's shipped via Mail Inovations chances are slim to none. If UPS ground it's possible. If US mail doubtful.

With all the shipping alerts, I do not expect any items ordered 10 days before Christmas to be delivered by the 25th. I'm just ordering because items are on sale and not bc they are gifts.

@mspatmac I had an order ship via UPS Mail innovations on 11/27. I just received it yesterday. UPS took a couple of days then transferred it to my local post office, then it was sent to Philadelphia, then back to my local PO and finally delivered yesterday. (yes my local PO is a mess)

My Russel Stover order, that was suppossed to ship 11/30, is listed as "label created" today and will ship via UPS Mail Innovations. If it does not come by early next week so that I can give them as I planned, I am going to request that QVC refund my cost. They can have the candy back. (I know they won't want it returned, I can donate it). I am really disappointed as this was an order placed in July. I DO UNDERSTAND that Coivd has caused issued with Russell Stover filling orders and have followed the posts about the delays, so I was willing to wait for my order. I am not happy that that these are not being shipped in time for delivery before Christmas. I would have these by Friday if shipped via regular UPS (not mail innovations). Keeping my fingers crossed that by some chance the stars align and I get these early next week.
