I'm not quite sure about the plan to re-launch some of the current brands that for the longest time have been a solid fixture of the QVC brand. I just watched the re-brand of AnyBody and was not impressed with some of the same items, with another design element, that now cost about 40% more. The styles are not something I would purchase. I have always loved Anybody as a unique casual brand and now they have become a bad facsimile of themselves. The same thing happened with Spenco, now Revitalign...what a joke.

You also need to take another look at Denim and Company...they have always been a great product with a great price. Now their pricng competes with Kim Gravel and NYDJ. I am not going to pay $70 for D&C Jeans. I am now only comparison shopping for Clarks, Skechers and BFD. These are the last items that I shop for on QVC. Good luck with these new Marketing and Sales strategies.

I agree 100% with everything you've said, not interested at all.  Pricing has gotten totally over the top.

@DasMEM2.  Tell us why D&C should be cheaper than Kim Gravel, Isaac or NYDJ?  They are the same fabrics probably made in the same factories.  None of these are really "prestigious" brands.  Is D&C somehow inferior in your mind?

I don't think Anybody rebranded. I think they expanded. I don't see a problem with that.

I doubt greatly that QVC had any input in Spenco being bought by another shoe company.

Prices are higher than many here hope to pay. Still some items are selling out, so there are some that are comfortable with the price. Retailers know what the market will tolerate. Prices are adjusted and sales occur.

Each of us as consumers decide if we're okay with the price, wait for a sale hoping size and color choices are still available, or shop other retailers. No one retailer is all things to all people.

When D&C first started with the Q, it was promoted as an in house brand. Now, the prices have escalated to the other brands. We were informed that because of no middlemen, the prices would reflect as such. So, people are disappointed in the way this line has evolved.

I agree with you on one point about people shopping elsewhere. If you go through some of their inventory many items are not selling at their on air prices and have been deeply discounted. One item, among many, have had a 70% price reduction. So as much as people keep saying everything is selling through that is not the case. Too many items are still in inventory and need to be moved out, so their pricing is excluding many customers.
