I received a message that my AD Rastellis prime rib is delayed.  Of course it's still on the Q website at $25 higher.  It says they are trying to obtain stock.  We shall see.  I always pick the earlier date, as I want to make sure I get it.  Then take the higher priced stock off your website.  This happens on a lot of brands on Q.  Shame on them.  Beauty, meats, and other AD plans.  Lock in your great price.  Ok........

Same here.  This is the second time in a few weeks that a Rastelli order has been delayed.

I had a delayed order this week but it was a UPS delay...it was food item and took 5 days to get here..It might be because of the shutdown and all the air delays

The Q shipped my order Oct. 12. UPS delay....

thats why i dont buy food from qvc..especially on auto delivery. theyre too expensive and the experience isnt a good one..

FYI UPS and even USPS and others are impacted by the UPS plane crash in Louisville as the airport is a major shipping hub.

No, Tansy, it was an Algenist order. And it is being held up nearby.

Well, my Rastellis Prime rib will ship.  I'm glad they are honoring the AD.  So many other ADs never ship.  Philosophy, Josie.  I wasn't worried about a few day delay, I thought it wouldn't be filled at all.

tarte has NEVER honored or fulfilled the two different AD orders I've had for their mascara.
