Random Picking is Fair?

Ok I just got off the phone with CS inquiring the 5 ez pays on request and was told that "picking at random" is the only fair and easy way to do this! Oh really Q, how is that fair? That's like being randomly picked to go to your prom! What is the big deal about giving it's customers a lousy 5 ez pays? This CS was not very nice. (male) he must of had a cue card telling him just what to say. Well I say I might just cancel all of my AD orders and not shop very often. To me this is discrimination. And by the way I am not use to "begging". Shame on you Q,!
