I like Rachel, I think she does a great job. If she is happy with her hair, who are we to judge? Sometimes I want to chop my hair off, it would be easier to blowdry.

I would describe Rachel as ""severe looking"".......not a fan of the spiked hair on air...its annoying.....she seems really nice and knows her stuff but needs help with her appearance.

Rachel is not exactly feminine, especially with her hairdo. And a woman who is 5'9" who insists on always towering over everyone by wearing the highest of heels seems to need to look over everyone else. She power trips.

1. We can't all be excited about everything. Some products are just plain boring.

2. Let's talk about the guys they hire who aren't exactly masculine. Except for the Dans and Rick, there's nothing left to say. Dave James and Jonathan Redford were two exceptions and they are gone!! Just as an aside, I think Rachel might look "prettier" with a different hair style, but you and I get to choose. Why not Rachel?

3. Rachel is tall, but well proportioned. Leah is tall. They both wear spike heels. Tower over some of the vendors. Let the vendors stand on a box. You can't help it if you're tall. You can shorten your nose, but not your legs. I have a GD who is 5/11". She wears heels, and as she puts it, "I'm tall - it's a birth defect I can't hide, so I might as well enjoy it. You should see the view from up here".

4. Need to look over everyone? Power trip? How is she supposed to become 5'4"? Just because she's tall doesn't mean she has to wear ballet flats all her life. If she loves heels, she should wear them whenever she wants. Seriously, put Joan Rivers, Mally, whoever, on a box when they're with a tall host. I'm only 5'1". It doesn't bother me that people are taller. I hope it doesn't bother anyone that I'm short.
