I'm really, really tired of today on QVC.. Actually haven't watched but have checked in some.  Then Rick after a long, tedious, boring day is just too much.  I'll watch anything but QVC this evening.

@Kachina624 .  QVC was a go-to for me also when other broadcasts were tiresome, boring, too much stimuli etc. as I'm guessing that is/was part of your MO also.  Since the Q isn't what it was it doesn't fulfill the same purpose.  I know you buy as well as I so it's not just entertainment but lately at least for me the antics make the buying & viewing more difficult.

I just want to know what kind and how many energy drinks he has before his shows?

In other words, I'll have what he is having. Woman Very Happy

Rick is Rick.  You either like him or not.  I like him and his presentations are well done.

Huge Rick fan here. Sure, he sometimes gets carried away with his enthusiasm. But I have been watching him since he started at QVC - a mere child! - and he represents his employer well at all times. He always does his homework and is well prepared. He gives it his best, whether it is a $5 piece of kitchenware or a $2,000 piece of jewelry. I always enjoy watching him.

Frankly, I feel exactly the opposite about JT. We are free to avoid or watch whomever we please, so if Rick is not your cup of tea, do as I do when I see JT and change that channel! We can always go online if we are interested in what is being sold during that time frame and do our ordering there - on mute.

When I see him I mute the audio or change channel.  I think my heart starts beating too fast when he is on.  I hope that is just his sales personality and not his regular way of being.  Just too much...

Never liked Rick since the day he started.   WAY too hyper and over the top for me.  Another host in my instant channel change group.

I love watching Rick.  He doesn't bore me and he is great with the vendors, especially Valerie.

He also has a great sense of humor.

I remember when his wife went into labor with one of his sons while he was on the air....He sure was hyper then and ran out of the studio to be with her.
