He's a bit much and cannot watch him at all he's rude to the customers who call and cuts them off midsentence and is all over the place with his presentations.

I've never seen Rick rude to the customer callers, ever.  He jokes with them, tries to keep the call humorous, and gives them extra reverence when he realizes it's a very senior caller.  If he seems to cut them off, it's probably because the call was getting long or maudlin, and the producer in his ear said, "wrap it up."

I agree with the majority on here that like Rick's presentations altho, when he get's going, sometimes his brain is working faster than his mouth and he has a hard time getting it all out, lol!

One thing I like about Rick if someone calls in he makes the call very brief....thank goodness....
