Doesn't QVC do a monthly recap of purchases and returns?
@Bhvbum @@@@@ I aways get a receipt for my packages or take a picture on my phone of the label. If you have informed delivery, you can add the tracking numbers to your account and follow them.
Also, I email QVCsocialteam@qvc.com and cc: qvceasyreturns@qvc.com. with all the information, i.e. tracking number, order number, item , reason for return and how I want my refund . Within a couple of days, I am refunded for my item. You just need to be your own advocate. Hope this helps. Sorry about all the @ couldn't delete.
