I try not to return too many items, but the process now has become almost too difficult.  Sometimes they include a label, most times not!  I don't have a printer at the moment, so I have to ask someone to print it for me.  Life is becoming more and more stressful, and this just adds to it.
I find it hard to believe that this is helping QVC's bottom line.  They've pared down everything possible. Prices have skyrocketed, especially jewellery.  Items I paid hundreds for now cost thousands!

The C for convenience has gone, V for value is questionable, and Q for quality is also way down.  I won't mention specific brands, except for DENIM & CO, where the quality still remains.

Re: RETURNS TO QVC

[ Edited ]

I'm so glad you brought this up, I'm beginning to panic. I haven't returned but just a few items in the past 25 years. But in the last six months there have been a few.  QVC has always been very good to advise when USPS/UPS scans the return barcode,  with a update they received it. I've got about a half a dozen items stretching back to May I have no idea their status.

I called last week to talk to CS and decided to give it a little more time. I have nothing to prove that I returned these items other than I completed the packing slip, put their label on the original packaging, and took it to USPS or UPS.

Doesn't QVC do a monthly recap of purchases and returns?

I almost always get a return label. The times I don’t are often when the item is shipped directly from the vendor and not QVC. 🤗

Re: RETURNS TO QVC

[ Edited ]

I find the return process easy.

I email QVC easy returns with the details about my return. I hear from them in about a week letting me know my refund is processed, and to return my item.

On my account under orders I select start a return, and follow the instructions.  I always choose QR code, and they email me the code immediately.

Take package to the place you selected UPS OR USPS. Show the QR code to them,, and they print the label and put it on my package.

When the QR code is scanned QVC knows you have returned the item.

You track your return under your orders.

I don't have a printer either but I find the new returns procedure to be very convenient.  I have a UPS store near me so I chose them for my returns.  I use the "start a return" link on my online order form, answer a few questions,  and they send me a QR code.  I just package up the return without a label, take it to my UPS store and show them the QR code on my phone.  They print out the return label and give me a receipt.  I get an email from QVC within a few hours telling me the return is on its way to them.  If the post office is closer to you than a UPS store, you have the option of using them for your returns.

Why isn't that happening with the label that QVC provides that has the barcode on it , that you put on the package?

(these are the shipping labels that were included with the item I received.)

in the past I've gotten a notice, but the last few items I returned, I've received nothing to say the items are in the system going back,

@Bhvbum  You should have DEMANDED a receipt.  Same has the tracking #(s) on it.

When I go to the post office there is a huge bin just like a mail slot that you put your package in. There is no one there to give me a receipt.

@Bhvbum  I have never heard of a PO or a UPS office w/no humans to help you.  What do you do if you need to purchase stamps or any type of special (ex:  over night) deliveries?

I always get a return slip with my orders.  I rarely return, but if I do, I stick the bag in my mailbox at my home.  I don't drive anywhere to return an item.
