Returned a JAI ring purchased on 6 ez pays. I was notified by email my return had been received & issued a refund.  However the refund did not remove the rest of the ezpays on my account. After 7 days I called customer service & asked why ez pay had not been removed.  CS rep could not answer, put me on hold then told me my account would be adjusted and it would take about 3 business days.

Just sayin' watch your account.

I've never had a problem with returns but it's best to be proactive.

Agree that you DO need to watch your accounts for credits.  I had one messed up recently, as well.

@shoptheQAlways always always.  I've been fortunate not to have QVC issues but I've caught errors elsewhere, including one time for over $200!  That was from a craft show vendor using one of the newer remote pay devices.  They blamed that company for the double charge, but did I ever know who the guilty party was?  Never.  I just know that if I don't watch my money, no one else will either!

I had gotten into the habit of accepting EXPay whenever it was offered on what I was ordering (no Q card, just my Visa) but I got so annoyed following the charges that as soon as it made sense, I paid off all the remainder and decided not to do any more EZPays below $10.  If I can't afford that much, right now I'll just pass.  Even though savings rates have increased, it's not all that much savings.

I am so sorry this happened @shoptheQ. I am sending your information to the Finance Department to make sure all Easy Pays are closed on that order.

I'm confused...they have not removed the rest of the EZ pays from where exactly?  Where are you still seeing EZ Pays for a returned item?

Ez pay is not posted to your credit card account until the appropriate time.

While it is possible that a second EZ pay can be billed to you before the turtle process of returns takes place, but the future payments are not billed to your account any longer.

@RespectLife, whenever I've made a return to QVC for an item that is on easypay, they credit my account for whatever I have paid, minus s/h.  The rest of the easypays show a $0.00 for the subsequent months.

Recently I returned something that was on easypay and like the OP, I received my refund but when I checked my account here on .com, the future easypay amounts were still showing for the next 2 months, as if they would be billed.  I had to call and tell them the item was returned so that I wasn't charged those easypayments.

That's why she's complaining.  She kept getting charged for them.

Yep, same thing happened to me years ago.  It took me a couple of months before I noticed this odd qvc charge, again.  There was no indication what it was.  Got it reversed and stopped, but I never used easy pay again.

Thanks for the explanation everyone.  I always use EZ pay and order a lot.

Thankfully, this have never happened to me.

While I scour my QVC bill like a hawk, I will watch even closer now.
