Has anyone used the website qvceasyreturns.com recently? I wonder if they still take care of promptly handling processing of returns. Havent used them in a while but I have a raincoat to exchange and in the past they processed the exchange. I wrote several days ago, but haven't heard back.

@Catch71   Yes, I use them often (and recently) and they get back to me within a few days (sometimes a week if they are overloaded).

I have always had a quick return process. After I drop my package I wait one day for the package to be scanned by the post office. I then call CS and ask if my return has been scanned. The reply is always, yes, and my return is issued immediately.

To me an "easy return" means once the item you are returning gets scanned at the post office QVC should issue the refund and email you.  The fact that you even have to call to have them release your refund disqualifies the return from being "easy."

Your right, but I don't count on Q S&H to be anything but slow. A 3O second call is all it takes. Ive never had a return problem .

I email QVC easy returns and let them know what I am returning, and how to apply the refund. They have always replied within 5-7 days letting me know my refund has been processed. 

 

They advise me to return the item to avoid being billed. 

 

Very easy for me. I always take the package to the US Post Office within the week.

I use QVC Easy Returns on every return and have used them since they offered this option. They do a fantastic job of processing a refund or exchange. I think they have an excellent team who truly want to provide a high standard of customer service.

Thank you for your reply.  After I posted this I did hear from them and they processed my exchange. They are the best!

I couldn't agree more.  I hadnt used them in a while but I wrote on Monday and by Thursday evening they replied and processed my exchange!  Now if the warehouse handles the exchange properly I will be a happy camper.

I’ve used QVCEasyreturns for many years now. They do the credit or exchange even BEFORE I send the item(s) back through the post office sometimes.


Anywhere from 1 day - 4 days turn around time too.
