Qvc Returns ๐Ÿ’œ

Notice on the boards comments about returns. Feel the need to share my experience. One word! Excellent! This includes my post office. Kept informed through the process. Thank you Qvc! ๐Ÿ˜€

I agree.  I use the QVC label (for MY convenience), and have always received a notice that day that my return is on its way back to QVC.  The notification of the credit to my account seems to come within 10 days.

I have never had a problem with returns either.  I haven't had to return many items in all the years I've been ordering.  Most of my returns have been decor items that were defective and the Q has always credited my account without a hassle.  So, I'm good with the way they handle returns.

I don't buy/return much but when I've had to return items I've had no problems tracking them using the Q return label. But today had to call CS because the return/credit had not yet shown up for several days after Q received the item.  CS said they would credit this return.
