I always say HOORAY!!  if I see my order is coming UPS.  MUCH faster and MUCH faster returns also!

USPS and USPS innovations is a slow boat!

You are 100% correct. UPS 2 or 3 days. USPS 2 or 3 weeks.

The inconsistency is maddening! With an organization as large as QVC, they should be able to give you a very good estimate of your purchase’s estimated date of arrival BEFORE you place your order. They should have this down to an absolute science based upon item, warehouse location, and zip code. Most other retailers do this successfully and they deliver right on time with free shipping and free returns to boot. I think it is ok to take weeks to get us something as long as you are UP FRONT about the arrival date. Let the customer make an informed decision. All QVC cares about is making the sale and getting our money. That’s why they are failing. I can’t imagine the money they make on shipping and return fees. Many of us have to call endlessly to check on our orders, our returns, etc. I don’t ever have to call when I order elsewhere! I feel sorry for the employees who have to answer to frustrated customers. Like many others, if I happen to watch and see something I like, I will try to find it and buy it elsewhere. Lastly, orders should be able to be cancelled if they haven’t shipped within a day or two, especially for those of you who say you’ve been waiting weeks with some phony ‘in process’ message. Maybe the ‘celebrity’ hosts and vendors should demand more of their ‘store.’ I’ve been shopping at the Q for years. It used to be so much better, even during the pandemic!

Recently I had to call Vionic customer service to get my shipping return fee of $8.95 credited for a pair of defective sneakers they sent me. I ordered 2 pairs and the one pair was messed up.

I had to ask to speak to a manager since the CS rep told me they don’t reimburse return shipping fees and it was on their website that they didn’t.

I told her that didn’t make any sense…because why would I order a defective pair of sneakers?

Manager credited me in full.

Still debating whether I will make future purchases from them. 🥴

QVC would not have given me such grief. 😂
