My last 2 orders were also delivered within a week of ordering and delivered a day earlier than expected via UPS. Nice surprise.

@Mom2Dogs. It was undoubtedly vendor shipped.. QVC is way behind.

@Kachina624 100% correct Kachina.

The only time I get orders promptly now, is if the order is shipped directly from the Vendor.

I'm still waiting an average of 3 weeks to receive orders shipped by QVC.

In my opinion, QVC’s customer unfriendly and way behind the times shipping and return policies are the main reason I rarely buy from them anymore. I watch from time to time and get easily bored. The thrill is over! Last order I waited over two weeks for a pair of Miz Mooz sandals. In general, I’m not willing to wait without truthful information for purchases, not when there are so many other options out there. Shipping and return costs are going up while service is going down! I think the way they put your order on ‘in process’ indefinitely without allowing you to cancel is dishonest. You can have the flashiest sales pitch and great promises, but the reality is this has been neglected and broken for a long time. You know it and we know it.

I totally agree. I can order and receive almost anything from other online retialers in less than half the time QVC takes to deliver items.  I have several "in processing" right now that were placed 4 days ago.  It's very frustrating to wait so long to receive your items.  It takes forever just to get the order picked up & then several business days to arrive.  Not worth the wait in most cases.

just the opposite,  I have several orders still in process for days.  A few over a week !   Shipping is very slow as usual 

vendir shipping much faster......why who knows 🤔. 

amazon orders arrive sometimes before I finish up my order.....I'm kidding obviously,  but very quick sometimes the very next day !   Always free shipping as well !!!

I always say HOORAY!!  if I see my order is coming UPS.  MUCH faster and MUCH faster returns also!
