Questions should equal Answers

The feature which allows your customers to talk to your guests for a certain period of time is actually a great feature ONLY if everyone's questions gets answered.

Please read the questions/comments today regarding IT Cosmetics, many have been passed over. If one does not know, it would be beneficial to post accordingly, not pick and choose which one's get answers and others that don't.

Not great for customer service.
