Just noticed at side of threads wording that you can report inappropriate content of given thread. How does this work - who is it reported to? just wondering and how is it decided - is the thread just closed?

You report what you think is inappropriate and the mods will look at it and decide if they agree. They will not notify you. This feature has always been there.

Here are the Community Standards for Participation.
This outlines what is and isn't appropriate. Of course the mods each use their discretion and make the final call as they see fit.

In my opinion the mods have gotten too aggressive censoring political points of view! This is America and one should be allowed to say negative things about the polictial parties. Our Founding Fathers would find it deplorable what is going on by these moderators.

@Reever LoL, you should,probably read the post right before yours that states the standards you agreed to when you registered to post. QVC owns this message board, not the Founding Fathers.

@Reever, put your soapbox away.
We participate in a 'highly structured, moderated' conversation here.
There are other places to go to have the kind of conversations you want.

@Reever I have to disagree with you on this one, because Political and religous conversations anywhere, will start an argument. There are plenty of other boards to vent on.

Yes, exactly. The Community Standards clearly state which subjects are not allowed. It's been that way for years.
QVC owns these forums and has the right to run them however they want. It has nothing at all to do with the Founding Fathers. Yes, we can express our political views, just not here. The Founding Fathers would not disagree with that. We have the right to agree to the forums and post here, or not. Freedom of choice..

@Reever- LOL! The Founding Fathers might find a lot of things deplorable today, but how QVC runs its forums is probably not one of them!
This is a privately owned, shopping channel board, with rules. As others have pointed out, there are plenty of other forums and platforms to express political views.

You do have the right to say anything you want about political parties, just not on QVC forums. Their house, their rules!
i highly doubt our founding fathers would be concerned about a shopping networks forums.
