So, I order a Susan Graver top in Blk/Cobalt Medium Petite on March 4th to wear to a special birthday party on the 16th (I live in PA). I received the top on the 11th. Pkg label stated the correct color & size, however the top was NOT the correct color OR size (shipped from NC). I immediately called and Cust Svc said they would send out correct with free express shipping. Received the new top on the 14th. Pkg label stated correct color & size, the color was now correct, however the size of the top in the pkg was an XLP! (shipped from California this time) I again immediately called Cust Svc (needless to say I was seething!) and was told NOT to worry about sending back and that they would send CORRECT out immediatly via Premium Delivery, and I should have next day (15th). It is now the day of the party (16th) and NO CORRECT TOP! Wondering where this one is coming from this time and what I will end up with!!! This is uncalled for. Do the people processing these orders just grab whatever top is availabe in front of them and stuff it in a clear pkg label with the info that was ordered, just to get something out the door!!?? If this new top is NOT correct this time, I will request a FULL REFUND and will be DONE with QVC!

I am sure QC is not the area of the ones that send things out. QC usually sees that the colors match Marketing swatches.SIze fits the size models. That on a SELECT few buttons are on and in the right place. It is not possible to check every "each " for QC.
What the prob seems to be is shipping and poor training.
I am sorry you received the wrong item (twice!!) but don't blame QC.

@Rylee S Allow me to WELCOME you to the forums!❤ I am so sorry you had this negative experience, and can imagine how very frustrating it is!😐 It seems The Q customer service did everything right in trying to remedy the situation, but things beyond their control occurred.😊 I am really hoping it arrives for you today.🤞🤞

That is frustrating! As they say it could be worse but I understand.

@Rylee S You had quite a run of bad luck. This is unusual. I order a lot, average 20-30 garments a month, and I don't recall the last time I received an item in error, it has been year.
Sounds as though CS tried their best to get the right thing to you. I'm sorry it didn't work.

@SaveTheTurtles. I donate a lot. Have 3 bedroom house with lots of storage space all to myself. I have been cutting down on ordering.
