Quacker Christmas Cookie Exchange

I watched the show a couple days ago 11-6 (just posting today as I was out most of yesterday) and I was so disappointed.  It's always been a fun show but it was really off this year.  Jayne of course was a gracious host as usual but none of the models that normally do QF shows were on, it was two new ones I've never seen before.  Angel seemed off her mark and the show itself was nothing special.  Sadly it's just confirming what I and others have said, QF is getting stale and it's just not fun to watch anymore Smiley Sad

@LindaSal   I don't think the lackluster cookie exchange is an indication of Q's"staleness".   I guess for me at least, a cookie exchange is not one of my favorite things to watch

Add in: Does the vendor even wear the clothes she sells? Social media shows what the host and vendors and yes even the "girls" who have been used as a reference what they really wear.

Wrong is still wrong just because you benefited from it.

Jeanne is how I finally got my Mom watching QVC. I talked up the Q and she really liked what I got from here, but she never got into it until she heard Jeanne talk.

My Mom was a no nonsense kind of woman and Jeanne's no nonsense, matter of fact speak, combined with her sense of humor reeled her in.

One time we were all gathered together at Mom and Dad's for Christmas and my non shopper older sister was headed for bed. She heard us talk about Jeanne and Quacker Factory until she fell asleep.

The next morning she got up and asked us WHO and WHAT were we talking about because to her, it sounded like a foreign language!

@LindaSal ,

I thought the same while watching the show. I am not really a Quacker buyer but I have always enjoyed some of the special shows and the Cookie Exchange is one that I always watched.
The fun banter between Angel and the models was not there, all the regular models were replaced with models I have never seen before, and Angel was not her jovial self.

I liked QF once & loved the theme shirts with the button covers. I think QF has a very small audience & will be phased out.

I love this!  Jeanne used to sell some soft jackets and I wore one to Black Friday in  a very crowded  mall in ....maybe early 90s back when Black Friday shopping was fun and crowded and people dressed for the holiday. But two women ran up to me and said "QUACK QUACK!"  and we hugged. I've never forgotten that. Jeanne brought a lot of ladies together as friends. She had a gift.
I wish we had someone like her on this board to get people to be nice to each other. She loved unconditionally.

They don't have it on much so maybe it will be going out. It's funny in 2007 I went on the cruise & and got quacked at. Those were the days. Not so interested anymore.

Re: Quacker Christmas Cookie Exchange

I watched that show to , the cookie exchange .  I enjoyed Jayne and Angel together .   Angel is great at presenting ,  she xplaind everything .  I guess I'm just not interested in the Quaker clothes any longer,  a lot has changed .   I like the more classy Quaker which hadn't been on much for sometime .    The more causual is nice with my everyday around the house clothes though.    I still have some of the understated light weight holiday sweaters ,  but not overly quacked styles.    Dont buy the pants 👖 cause no petites and drives me crazy that Jeanne said ". She's short not petite ". So that's why no petites !  Why not just do petites anyways for those of us that are petite ,  your leaving out a whole group of women !
