Because the programs on Q2 are prerecorded and air usually a day after they originally were on, items on special pricing may have gone up in price by the time you watch the next day. This recently happened to me with an item that was a One Day Only, so the current day's price was higher than that which aired. I didn't even realize I had been charged the higher price until I was checking my other orders online. However, I called CS and asked for the adjustment, since it still had aired at the lower price when I ordered it, and they gladly made the adjustment. Just be aware, though, you'll have to ask for it, or you'll be charged the higher price!

@lizzief. You got lucky. Because there's a disclaimer on the screen, usually they won't adjust the price. Regular shoppers are aware of this situation.

I guess it's another case of if you don't ask, you don't get! I just tuned in and saw the disclaimer, "offers and inventory may have changed." Another reason to be careful so you'll know what you are paying!

Yes, buyers should be aware.
They should be aware that it says on the screen "Prices may have changed" .

@Anonymous032819 I agree. It clearly says on the screen on Q2 channel that items shown are from a previous airing and may not be the same price now so the Q is not required to give you the lower price.

No discrepancy. It's the normal thing that happens when one watches a previously recorded show. The purchaser is responsible for knowing the price.
