I asked customer service for an email addess for complaints and was told to write webmaster@qvc.com

there is also a snail mail address on the Contact Us website, and I'm guessing there is a fax npumber.

I might be wrong but if you have a UPS account you can do a redirect yourself. I have an account and I get updated shipping info for every package shipped via ups to my address.
