I received an email a few hours ago that was a QVC survey.  I assume that's what the OP is talking about. I deleted it because I don't like to click on a link in an email unless it's something I requested.

Was it an email?  A text?  A call?  In the mail? 

 

Don't many of us want to know what questions were asked that were unanswerable?

I've never received a survey from QVC by email but I have received a phone call thanking me for being a customer.
