Re: QVC shipping for Holidays

I agree.

Everything I've ordered lately has come on or usually before the estimated delivery date.

I was very pleased with the Q's shipping.  Everything was promptly received.

Now one that didn't arrived when scheduled was......drum roll.......Amazon!  I received 2 notices that the item was delayed.  I finally canceled it and ordered elsewhere.

@BalletBabe  -  This is OT.  I want to thank you for your recommendation for the Russell Stover holiday tins.  Omg - the quality of the tin containers was superb!  Of course, the candy was wonderful too.  That is the first year I've ordered them.

It's great to get recommendations from posters here on the forum.  Definitely a big help with shopping.  Smiley Happy

I was very pleased with the rapid arrival of my orders.  Couldn't ask for better service.

Generally speaking, I agree that QVC did a good job with on time delivery on most of my orders. But I am angry that a Duraflame heater ordered on December 13 with an estimated delivery date of December 22 has still not arrived. I plan on calling QVC on Monday about it, which will be a full week later than the ETA.

@San Antonio Gal   Oh I am so glad you liked them!   They are nicer this year then previous years.  The painting on the back is new.  So glad they worked out for you!

Amazon is having some issues with shipping.  It is crazy!

Re: QVC shipping for Holidays

Three of my items did not arrive on time. They were items that were not meant to be gifts so it didn't matter. I was just curious to see if the "guarantee" would really work. Two came today and one now says it will arrive the first week of January.

Re: QVC shipping for Holidays

Generally shipping went okay for me this year. Except... For two years in a row I ordered food items during Christmas in July and didn't get them. Last year they cancelled my Lindt OTO order, and this year my Oak Stove Kitchens order was supposed to ship on Dec 8 and went to in process, back order, in process, back order, and has been stuck as being out of stock for two weeks now. You would think that if I order it in July, that would be enough time for the vendors to plan to have enough in stock to ship out? SMH...
