QVC shipping boxes?

The last four items I bought from QVC came in their "own" packaging without a proper QVC box and packing materials. One was the set of four candles by E.D. Ellen, and with all that candle glass, thank goodness it wasn't broken. There was no "QVC " box with bubble wrap to protect them in shipping. As with the other three items it was the same way no protection from transit shipping. We pay enough for the shipping and handling any more, why is the Q getting so negligent in shipping our purchases that they get to us in one piece. I'm happy to say the rest was okay but a bit dented up in their shipping. Has anyone noticed this as well with their purchase as of late?
