I have been a QVC customer for 30 years and this month experienced a problem that I've never had before.  QVC sent the wrong item on my last 3 orders.  The first they corrected, the second was out of stock and I was just told the one today is in stock and they can send the correct item.  On 1 and 3 they sent me someone else's order with that person's name and address on the packing slip in a shipping bag addressed to me.  The second order had the wrong pants in a bag with the item number of the pants I wanted. The one today came from Ontario, California; I wish I had made note of the shipping source on the other 2.  I have a home decor item in shipping and will be curious to see if I receive the right item and which warehouse it came from.

@Wobin.  I've had maybe 25 items shipped from Ontario since December 1st.  Not a single error in the whole group.  you just had a run of bad luck.

 

You can check the source of your shipments by looking at the entire shipping history in order status.

Thank you Kachina624, they did not all originate in Ontario.

@Wobin   I had that happen last year with three separate orders, all strangely enough, Kim gravel items.  The first two were shirts I had ordered but in the wrong colors.  The third was with a pair of shorts in the wrong size.  

The first two I just kept, but the shorts went unnoticed until too late to return.  Although I checked the packing slip, which was marked correctly, I did not check the shorts that were the wrong size 😟.  Now, I TRY to look everything over really well.

  Well , some of us have had similar  issues. I  ordered shoes and received Lawless make up instead. Another time I ordered Peria storage  containers and received  a Joan Rivers shirt  instead.  Must be staffing issues or  if they have a robot,  maybe sku# are getting mixed up. I  contacted QVC and to inform abt the problem but I also asked them to makesure I was not charged  return shipping on their mistake. Also , the tax they chare when  QVC sends the wrong item .

Really concerning abt the   QVC return slips with other customers names , account # and addresses.

I've also had a flurry of wrong items sent lately, must be a problem in the warehouse(s).

  Sorry, I should have clarified   that return slips    I've seen  with my orders included the last #4 of my account with  full name & adress.

Yep; just came back from the post office. Had to send back a SG item that came in  the wrong size.

Wow!😮 I can understand how frustrating that must be!!!! I am waiting for several items, and now hope I do not have an issue.🤞, but I know that The Q will expeditiously work to make things right.😊
