QVC's inconsistent labels

Need to return an item. This is one of the boxes where they put all the labels, 1 of 3, 2 of 3, 3 of 3 stuck to the outside. Well, as so many issues with QVC labels and invoices, this one is goofed up. It is missing 3 of 3, the return label.

I know I can get a return label but shouldn't have to go through hoops to send something back.

There have been so many complaints about these labels that perhaps they will discontinue them. There was a flurry of shipping this fall with no labels, perhaps they were trying to discourage returns. I simply asked for a return label and held my item until it showed up.

You can print a return label online - just go to your order status to view order and print return label.

Many customers, including me, do not haave access to, nor own, printers.

I have been fortunate that I seldom need to return purchases from any company and that I have not had any need to return any purchases to QVC, but if the one sent with my item was defective, or altogether missing, then I would request that QVC send one to me by regular mail.

Yep, Ive done that before, called QVC and they sent me a return label....

you can also hand write a return label and tape it to your box or bag to return it on your own via the carrier of your choice.

@sunshine45 but without the label, it doesn't have all of the order information available and QVC has enough trouble getting returns processed correctly so I guess I will have to call them.

It's a pain in the neck to have to do one more step in this process.
