I wound up emailing the qvc social team about my order.  Just wondering what's the sense of qvc having this online chat and if it does not work?   It hasn't worked for me for months now.

@newjersey I have noticed when it doesn't work on my laptop if I do the cntl alt del and delete my tasks, if I have too many open then it works.

One more thing you can try is to try a different browser? @newjersey

@newjersey - I find that if I open the chat in a Chrome incognito window, I get the best and most stable results. I think that approach helps to eliminate some of the tracking and caching elements that can get "stuck" with QVC's wonky website. Good luck!

It's a hit or miss thing for me, I keep trying until it goes through, I prefer 'Chat' as oppose to calling for assistance.
