I'm having issues with QVC's main channel for the past few days.  The main channel has all kinds of interference in the picture but QVC 2 and QVC 3 and all other channels on my TV are fine.  It is only QVC's main channel that is unwatchable right now.  Is anyone else having this problem?  I can't recall if it started before or after I learned of the IT outage going on in the country.  But QVC 2 is fine.  Very strange.  I have Verizon Fios as my cable provider but this is only a QVC main channel issue.

Same here.  I have Verizon FIOS too.  No problem usually.  But in the past, the picture from Q would break up momentarily and then resume as normal picture..  But lately no problems.

I have not noticed anything when I have had it on; however, I didn't have it on for long bouts yesterday.

@QueenofTheQ  - I'm having trouble accessing the main channel too.  I can access Q2 no problem.   Strange indeed.

I watch QVC & HSN on their streaming channel via Roku.

 

None of the QVC channels are coming in at all, but the HSN channels are fine.

 

Earlier this morning, everything was fine. I watched AM Style and the start of SMQ.  But then, it froze, then blue screen, and now nothing.  But I can still get HSN.

@Caaareful Shopper  -  I also have Roku.  I was able to get the main Q channel this morning.  Now I can only watch Q2.

@San Antonio Gal  This is so weird.  I wonder if there are still transmission issues resulting from yesterday's global outage.

 

We couldn't work at all yesterday -- teleworkers nor those that work in the office.  We kept getting our emergency automated calls about every 2 hours, but with no changes in the status until after 5:00pm.  That's when they told us the offices will be back open on Monday (we're typically open 7 days/week).

I bet it is @Caaareful Shopper .  If not, it sure is coincidental.   

 

Hopefully things back to normal for your job by Monday.

I'm glad I'm not the only one. I called support and they told me to check with my ISP because everything is fine on their end. I can't watch OTA, Plutotv, QVC+/HSN+ app, or in the QVC app but HSN works fine not to mention what does my ISP have to do with OTA? They were kind of rude.
